A bold new chapter in women’s basketball is unfolding as the 3XBA (3x3 Basketball Association). 3XBA is the first and only premier professional women’s FIBA 3x3 tour and development pipeline in the United States. They are launching with standouts from NCAA powerhouses and rising and veteran stars from the WNBA.

After a record-setting career with the North Carolina Tar Heels, Alyssa Ustby continues her basketball journey by joining the 3XBA at this month’s Spokane Hoopfest.
Hoopfest, known as the largest outdoor 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world, attracts players and fans from all over Washington and beyond.

Caitlin Clark’s former teammate, Bree Hall, is also scooped up by 3XBA after not making it past Indiana Fever’s preseason.
Also, 2025 WNBA draft picks Madison Scott and Shyanne Sellers will join the line-up of talent!
Former UConn guard Kaitlyn Chen was set to join the 3×3 Basketball Association (3XBA) and will compete at Hoopfest, a premier summer hoops event taking place in Spokane, Washington, from June 25–28.
Earlier this year, she signed with the WNBA’s Golden State Valkyries but was waived during training camp, making her available for other pro opportunities. In a surprise move, she was resigned and added to the Golden State roster on June 15. While she won't play in Hoopfest, this is a clear sign that the momentum behind signing her to 3XBA could have played a role in getting her back on the WNBA roster.
As tipoff approaches, anticipation is building. The 3XBA League’s inaugural season is set to deliver more than just competitive games—it promises a fresh narrative for women’s basketball. In doing so, it’s sending a clear message: there’s a new kid in town, and she came to play.

The 3x3 Basketball Association (3XBA) is a premier professional women’s FIBA 3x3 tour and development pipeline dedicated to transforming the landscape of women's basketball. 3XBA focuses on expanding professional opportunities for women and fostering a thriving 3x3 ecosystem in the U.S.
